Veggie Burgers

Stalks from a bunch of broccoli
1 carrot
1/4 cup stalks of cilantro bunch
Last stalk of celery
1/2-1 cup leftover brown rice or any grain.
1/4 cup soaked Brazil nuts(or pecans or walnuts)
4 oz tempeh
Tble of red onion
Garlic clove
Tble of cumin
Salt to taste
1/4 cup “flour” of ground up flaxseeds, chia seeds and hemp seeds

Soak the nuts at least 2 hours better overnight (this sprouts them and makes them more digestible) Combine all the ingredients except for flour into food processor and pulse until it get pretty fine but still textured. Put a little oil in pan and cook mixture for about 10 minutes. Turn it off and fold in the flour. Give it a taste and adjust to your taste buds. Let it cool. Form into patties. Put on plate lines with parchment. Should make about 8 burgers. Put in fridge for at least an hour to set them. Pre heat oven to 350 Little oil in a flat pan that can go in the oven brown the burgers 5 and 5 flipping carefully. Stick in preheated oven uncovered for 30 minutes until firm. Cool and eat one, store the rest in freezer
